Informations pratiques

More than ever, today's businesses need to be agile and ready to evolve with market conditions. A good way to be prepared is to have a good process for change management.

Description

In 2019, Pratt & Whitney Canada's Procurement team presented many people challenges: competency, engagement, retention, learning, change management, etc. To address these challenges head-on and undertake the necessary changes, a new "Learning and Culture" team was created in Procurement division. Vincent Pierre Giroux, leader of this new team, will present the subject himself and the necessary changes as experienced in the company.

From the outset, change is nothing new, as it is a natural process to adapt and ensure that a company remains sustainable. It may seem simple, but implementing "change" can quickly turn out to be disastrous if it is not well thought out and planned.

Throughout this micro-WIL, through the lens of Vincent-Pierre, you will be immersed in the world of transformations that make up his daily life. Your help will be greatly appreciated as you will be asked to guide him by giving him new perspectives on the implementation of his change strategy.
